Nice place to stay in Saint Catharines, if compared to other hotels. The accommodation was luxury with amazing staff. The location was marvellous and cool, just next door to wineries and breweries in Niagara on the Lake, in a really quiet area. We could drink something at Boston Pizza, located 1 km away.
The bathroom was very dirty.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, and a self-serve complimentary breakfast was offered.
My room was on the side of the highway, so it was sometimes noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown.

Even tho it was a location close to the highway, I found it very quite.

Check in was easy and hassle free, and the outdoor pool was clean and refreshing on a hot summer day.
The rooms had a musty smell, and the hotel itself was rather shabby. Not dirty, just worn.

Karen
Rooms here are spacious and come with cozy beds and smoke detectors for safety 🛏️.

I paid $111 for one night stay with my wife and grandson. The sign at the hotel said from $59/night, that would have been more what that room was worth.

Very little.
Initial Check-in was slow, desk clerk provided keys to wrong room. Initial room - phone not working properly, tv not working, When offered a replacement phone, it too did not work. Offered another room - phone did not work in it. Stayed in original room but bugs appeared in bed linens in both beds in middle of night. Moved rooms in middle of night. This room had everything working and was clean - no bugs!. No Long- distance in Canada calls allowed, although key holder said that this was possible. Also, On Sunday morning, no calls could be made out of hotel - problems with phone system. Outdoor pool was not open due to it being prepared for opening. For all this problems, we were offered $10.00 per night off rate. Will not stay here again!

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location was good as it was on a bus route and also close to several car rental companies. The hotel was also close to the motorway which made traveling around the district easier. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
